Troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed. Work with other production staff to ensure that production is meeting quality and quantity goals Qualifications An Associate's degree in engineering or a related field is required 5 years of industry experience preferred Strong initiative and self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
