Applicant must be positive, enthusiastic and set a good example for the team.POSITION SUMMARY:As a Production Technician, you will specialize in the restoration of fabric items, furniture/household goods, and electronics damaged by smoke, fire, or water loss.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position. The basic functions of your position will include, but are not limited to:Clean all the items and applicable assigned area carefully, promptly, and efficiently.Represent FRSTeam so that the customer's image is always enhanced in their eyes.Demonstrate a sincere concern and interest in each customer and the services provided to each customer.Maintain a positive attitude while resolving production and scheduling difficulties.Ensure that all equipment, supplies, vehicles, and products entrusted to your care are carefully handled and maintained, and report any equipment issues promptly to Management.Contribute to the improvement of FRSTeam in areas related to production, sales, and supervision.Develop and maintain skills and quality of production and attend training sessions as required.Report any customer issues or damage to the customer's property immediately to Management.Uphold company standard customer service.Report any breakage or issues to management.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.WE OFFER:Hourly wage $19-21 DOEA friendly, family environmentPotential for growth and advancementMedical, dental & vision, life, AD&D, EAP, Pet Insurance and more, after 30 daysPaid Sick LeaveVacationPaid holidaysBirthday Bonus401k with company match after 90 daysPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
