Comprehensive Benefits and Health Care that take effect 1st of the month after 30 days of employment.We are looking for full-time General Production Workers at our Potsdam Plant.You will be trained to operate production equipment in our glass bead manufacturing plant following the high safety, quality, and environmental standards of Potters. As part of the job, you will operate mobile equipment including forklifts and front-end loaders. You will be trained to perform in-process quality checks and recognize when equipment adjustments are required. Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.Participate in safety programs and other employee-driven projects which are part of Potters' continuous improvement philosophy. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school education is preferred.Must have basic computer literacy to include email use and quality check data entry.One plus years of experience working with various industrial equipment.One plus years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated safe operation of mobile equipment.Must be willing to work any shifts/hours and overtime, holidays, and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
