Job Title: Production Technician Duration: till Feb 2025 Location: Caldwell, TX Shift: Night Shift - Mondays - Wednesdays 5pm - 5 am, Thursdays - Flex day minimum 4 hours - pending production. Fridays - potential overtime Pay :$19/hr **Production Technician - Manufacturing Unit** **Job Description:** A Production Technician in the Manufacturing Unit follows specific verbal and/or written instructions to operate process equipment, ensuring the production of consistent, high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Load and unload process equipment - Operate process equipment to ensure products meet customer specifications - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area - Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures - Operate forklifts for material handling - Keep accurate and up-to-date batch and run sheets to maintain lot integrity - Apply knowledge of chemical operation safety regulations - Follow proper material handling procedures - Lift up to 50 lbs - Work in both hot and cold environments - Stand for extended periods during shifts **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or GED required - Previous experience in manufacturing - Experience operating a forklift
