Position Overview Provides oversight to the activities of production personnel and any assigned aspects of the manufacturing process. Works on Bottling line and performs duties in a reliable conscientious manner following standard operating procedures. Shift Schedule Friday - Sunday 6:00 A.M- 6:30 P.M Essential Job Duties Escalates personnel issues such as safety, quality, attendance or conduct, to the shift supervisor in a timely manner. Provides on-the-job training to operators within their assigned department. Assist in facilitating production schedule. Assist with coordinating staff training within Intellect. Assist in equipment set up and maintenance. Able to perform basic setup and operate all equipment in production. Ensures and follows GMP standards, SOPs, Food Safety Standards as well as workplace safety standards. Coordinate orders and staging. Work with other departments to improve efficiency of the manufacturing process. Take direction from the Production Supervisors. Able to perform daily production functions with limited supervision Meets daily goals set by supervision. Performs accurate weights, measures and quality checks Accurately complete all paperwork, neatly and correctly Fills in for Production Supervisor as needed Cleans and maintains assigned work area and equipment Exceptional attendance & punctuality Displays positive attitude, teamwork Able to follow directions and attention to detail Willingness to assist in any area as needed Basic math and computer skills Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, General Manager and/or Executive Management. Requirements High School Diploma College coursework preferred. Minimum 2 years' production experience. Basic math and computer skills. Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures. Competencies Effective communication skills Time management skills Mechanical aptitude Attention to Detail Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
