LocationPalm Coast, United States of AmericaLevel up our Palm Coast site as our new Production Unit ManagerAlleima's business unit Medical is on a growth journey, targeting both organic growth, acquisitions and greenfield establishments. We have doubled in size over the last three years and have presence in USA, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Costa Rica. We are now looking for a Site Manager forour site in Palm Coast, Florida to develop our team and continue the growth journey. About the roleAs the Palm Coast Site Manager, you'll lead our production site in Palm Coast, FL, together with your management team of seven experienced managers and organization of more than 140 people. You'll represent your site as a member of our global Business Unit Medical management team. You will be part of an international organization with a Swedish legacy, producing material solutions including components to the medical device industry, ultimately saving people's lives.With your passion for inclusive leadership and culture, collaboration, efficiency, value-creation and safety, you'll contribute to our future journey, delivering world class products to our customers.

• With your eagerness to excel you will work together with the organization to develop and strengthen our performance, safety and workplace.
• You'll be the enthusiastic leader who shows the way with new eyes on culture, employee relations and production methods.
• With our support you will develop into managing the full scope of the facility and act as the company and community representative.
• You'll be responsible for operational excellence, financials, and delivery performance of your facility.
• You'll be as much of an active management team member as you are a present manager. As a manager you drive the development and targets for the team and acknowledge the good performance and dedication of the work force.

About You For this role we are looking for someone with a university degree within Engineering or Management. You have at least 10 years of experience in different production leading or managerial roles. It is important that you feel confident in your abilities and are eager to use your expertise to develop the site to the next level.
