The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding components to meet production standards while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and adhering to safety protocols.Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding operations based on production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and techniques for each project. Inspect finished welds for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; technical certification in welding is a plus. Experience in a production welding role. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Strong knowledge of metal types, welding techniques, and safety practices.
