What you'll do:

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, ensuring efficient machine operation and accurate material feeds into equipment.
• Perform palletizing tasks using semi-automated palletizer equipment, efficiently stacking finished products on pallets to meet production needs and safety standards.
• Assist with various manufacturing plant operations tasks, including cleaning duties to maintain an orderly plant, part sorting, and acting as a relief operator when necessary.
• Receive training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator, achieving ongoing growth and development milestones within the role.
• Contribute to additional production tasks and plant maintenance tasks as assigned by management, helping maintain a smooth and safe high speed industrial manufacturing environment.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• A can do, will do attitude.
• The ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
