General Laborer - Concrete Production (Indoor Work)Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team specializing in concrete production. This role involves working indoors to create high-quality concrete products such as planters, garbage cans, parking curbs, and decorative items. Successful candidates will assist in concrete pouring, troweling, rebar insertion, and palletizing finished molds. Training will be provided on-site by experienced team members.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tools such as trowels and tow motors for concrete molding and finishing.
• Handle molds for large concrete items (approximately 10' long x 1' deep) with precision.
• Work alongside senior workers and undergo safety training, including video-based tow motor training and practical tests.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality production without compromising workflow efficiency.
• Follow directions carefully and adhere to workplace guidelines, including limited phone usage.

Requirements:

• Physically capable of being on your feet for the entire shift.
• Possess basic motor skills for troweling, rebar placement, and item tagging.
• Ability to measure accurately within 1/16 using a tape measure.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-variable environment (colder in winter, warmer in summer).
