Advanced Fiber is on the lookout for a driven and energetic Production Worker to join our team on the second and third shifts! Opening Shifts: 2nd and 3rd 2nd shift Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 3rd shift hours: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Days: Monday through Friday with overtime weekends as needed. Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Key Responsabilities:
- Operation of the auto bagger system ensuring weights and bag seals are correct on every bag.
- Unloading paper and cardboard bales with a Forklift, cutting wires, and busting them up before loading them into the production system.
- QC testing final product and recording information into computer sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Mindset- Safety First.
Physical demands: This role requires regular operation of a forklift to load and unload production materials. Employees must handle and cut wires on bales, move and position pallets, and operate machinery such as the auto bagger system. The position involves standing, lifting, and performing quality control checks, including recording data on a computer. A strong focus on safety and attention to detail is essential.
