Production Worker - Express Employment : Job Details

Top Job Located in Mukilteo, WA Salary: $20 per hourExpress Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Production Associate for a small, reputable company located in Mukilteo, WA. Starting pay is $20 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on day shift working 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Move materials to/from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
• Inspect materials for defects and document quality issues.
• Operate CNC machines, water jets, computer-controlled knives, manual presses, and die-cutting equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Work with elastomers, foam, gasket sheets, cellulose fibers, cork, felt, O-Ring Cord, plastics, and matting.
• Cut, shape, and assemble gasket materials to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Lift materials up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and operate various machines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
