Production Worker - Manufacturing Associate - 3rdShiftWe are looking to hire a Manufacturing Associateto join a producation team in Oshkosh, WI. You will performing general production & manufacturing duties and cross training to learnall areas and become a vital member of the Production Team.The ideal candidate will have great work ethics, able to perform physical labor, learn and grow within the production floor.Job Title:Manufacturing Associate- General LaborerLocation:Oshkosh, WIPay Range:$18.50per hourWhats the Job?Mix and blend products and materials according to specifications. This involves heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)Gather and prepare shipping containersClean mixers and totes using proper safety proceduresMove and Empty products, place products in designated areas & on pallets with the appropriate countWeigh finished product to ensure they meet specificationsPerform quality control on finished batch to ensure viscosity, weight/gallon and moisture test are correct and get approval from lead to proceedOperate forklift to move product (after company certified)Notify lead of any mechanical or material issuesMaintain a clean and safe working environmentWhats Needed?Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.Have the ability to squat, bend, twist, climb stairs multiple times per shift.Must be able to work within a dusty envionment and loud noices.Excellent attendance is necessary.Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Able and/or willing to drive a forklift (after certification)If this is a role that interests you and youd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
