Starting Hourly Rate - The starting hourly rate is $21.94 plus $0.80 shift differential on the night shift. After qualifying in the role, the base pay rate increases to $22.61 per hour. Work Schedule 12-hour shifts 14-day rotation (2 weeks of day shift, followed by 2 weeks of night shift) 2-2-3 schedule Week 1 (Day Shift 7 am 7 pm): 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Week 2 (Day Shift 7 am 7 pm): 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. Week 3 (Night Shift 7 pm 7 am): 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Week 4 (Night Shift 7 pm 7 am): 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
