The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, primarily supporting the Contact Center Audit Program, while ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and contract requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, strengthen business controls, and enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.Your role in our missionConduct financial, operational, and regulatory compliance audits to assess control effectiveness, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency, with a focus on the Contact Center Audit Program.Analyze audit data to evaluate business controls and ensure the integrity of reported data.Evaluate compliance with policies, contract requirements, and applicable laws, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending solutions to resolve issues.Develop formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and provide actionable recommendations.Conduct special studies to detect and prevent fraud and develop stronger business controls to enhance operations and reduce costs.Audit departmental records and conduct interviews to verify compliance with management plans and policies.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Three or more years of experience in auditing, accounting, contracts, or information technology.Familiarity with common operating systems, business applications, and relational database systems (for IT audits).Experience with audit concepts, practices, and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and develop actionable recommendations.Effective communication skills to produce clear, concise audit reports and interact with team members and stakeholders.What you should expect in this roleWork in a remote environment with opportunities for virtual collaboration.Apply organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive audit data and information.Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance quality and operational efficiency.Stay informed about current audit methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
