Professional - Communication Contractor - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Communication Contractor to join their team. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, who are eager to grow their skills and gain valuable experience within a well-known organization.

Job Title: Communication Contractor

Location: Miami, FL 33126Shift: 8 am to 5 pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: US$ 25.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in drafting, updating and editing templates, documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Maintain and contribute to content projects in Airtable, ensuring materials are always up-to- date, gathering information, collecting photos, and adding the latest content to Airtable.
• Help edit and review company-level press releases as needed.
• Assist with the coordination of content for Stories from the company, media opportunities, and proactive pitches.
• Monitor media mentions daily, adding clips to Airtable

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of experience in supporting administrative and project management tasks, incuding media monitoring, and content management skills.
• Comfortable using Airtable, Dropbox,and media monitoring tools.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
