Professional Data Entry Operator - KellyMitchell Group : Job Details

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Professional Data Entry Operator to join their team! This position is located in Riverwoods, Illinois.

Duties:

• Perform all basic production equipment operation, ensure a steady workflow, achieve, and maintain production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments
• Review documents for accuracy/completeness, make necessary adjustments and corrections or escalate per established procedures
• Manually prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry including gathering, collating and preparation based on retention schedule and process overview
• Create digital documents, capturing data into digital databases, and performing regular backups
• Complete operator/job logs and other documentation and/or provide Team Lead information to track job completion and produce reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs

Desired Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of related experience
