Candidates chosen to participate in the Mid Penn Professional Development Program will receive company-specific training and gain valuable on-the-job experience. The objective of this program is to provide participants with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to accelerate career growth in one of our specialized business units.We are looking for individuals that possess a positive attitude, solid aptitude, and a very strong work ethic.
