• Competitive base pay: $20-23/hour (based on experience)
• Average earnings of $27+/hour including tips
• Additional earning potential through interstate moves and overtime

• If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional greetings and thorough walk-throughs
• Safely transport, pack, and unpack customers' belongings
• Coordinate with move teams, dispatch, and consultants to ensure smooth operations
• Handle payment processing and documentation accurately
• Operate and maneuver 26-foot moving trucks safely
• Perform basic furniture and appliance assembly/disassembly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with valid license and clean record
• Foreman positions require 3+ years of professional moving experience
• Physical ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs while navigating stairs and various terrain
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent situational awareness
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience operating 26 foot box trucks preferred
• Previous experience in general labor, loading/unloading, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, or warehousing is also preferred
