If you have a passion for Medicare Stars quality, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and leadership, this is the opportunity for you.What's in it for you:Growth opportunities to uplevel your careerA people-centric culture embracing and celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within our teamCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits focused on well-beingAn opportunity to shape the future of health care by joining a team recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of the Best Companies to Work For in New YorkQualifications you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Analytics or Health Sciences/Services related degree strongly preferred with 3 - 5 years' experience in Medicare Stars in a managed care environment or healthcare industry.Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once while achieving desired results required.Experience in Quality Improvement and/or with HEDIS strongly preferred.Strong planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills with detailed knowledge of healthcare operations and datasets.Team oriented: Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently and possess a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments.Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.Humility to play as a team.Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction.Your key responsibilities:Managing processes to improve strategic planning and prioritization efforts that will result in year over year improvement of clinical outcomes and 5 Star Medicare goals.Assist in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across departments.Support Medicare Stars by leading workgroups of cross-functional teams, assist in maintaining and monitoring workplan to achieve departmental goals.Manage Medicare Stars Quality vendor relationships.Drive continuous process improvement and innovation, and help identify, promote, and drive activities that support Medicare Stars improvement.Ensure that business users can access the information needed to perform their respective roles.Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed.Communicate with management on status of projects including resource gaps and needs.Oversee Medicare Stars Quality communications throughout MVP.Monitor the external environment related to Medicare Stars Quality improvement and innovations.Support Leader/ Medicare Stars, Senior Director/ Director, Quality VP in developing and implementing strategies to drive the organization to be a 5-star plan.Support HEDIS processes and requirements as needed.Support departmental quality innovation efforts as needed.Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.Where you'll be:VirtualPay Transparency: MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages.
