Program Administrator - Swift Staffing Group : Job Details

A Remedial Yeshiva in Brooklyn is looking for an experienced Assistant Program Administrator to join their team. This position offers a salary range of $100k-$120k and requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in project management and educational administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Yeshiva's administrative functions, managing fundraising and construction projects, creating resource rooms, implementing night learning programs, increasing student enrollment, and recruiting new staff. Responsibilities:

• Support administrative functions of the Yeshiva.
• Manage fundraising efforts for the new school building and scholarship fund.
• Oversee the construction project and create resource rooms in Yeshivas.
• Implement a night learning program.
• Increase enrollment by reaching out to local school principals for student recommendations.
• Provide teachers with the necessary materials for sessions.
• Ensure accurate and timely student progress reports.
• Recruit new staff for administrative and educational roles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing construction projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with the needs of children with learning challenges is a plus.
• Proficiency in computers.
• Ability to represent the Yeshiva effectively and come across as a chinuch person.
