Program Aide - Resource Center for Independent Living : Job Details

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.55 per hourStatus: Part time, Non-exemptShift: Monday (7.5 hours day shift) - additional per diem hours availableDescription:The successful candidate will be expected to:Assist participants with personal care, meal preparation, daily living skills and socialization.Ensure participants' care plans are being implemented on an ongoing basis.Provide monitoring and oversight to all participants.Ensure a meaningful, enriching environment and experience to participants in a Social Adult Day Program.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:1-2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilitiesPersonal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred or equivalent experience providing personal care.Knowledge of HIPAA and the Independent Living Philosophy is required.
