DescriptionOVERVIEW:The Program Aide is primarily responsible for assisting in all Red Shield programming. The Program Aide shall work under direct supervision of the Program Manager and work closely with other program staff.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in programs and activitiesAssist in passing out snacks and mealsClean up roomsHelp set up and break down roomsReport any misconduct to appropriate leadershipAssist with driving assignmentsAssist with fundraising eventsRecord program statisticsOther related duties as requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent (required)CA driver's license (required)SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Great communication skillsTeam playerDetail orientedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
