About the NICE ProgramThe Neighborhood Intergenerational Chore & Errand (NICE) Program connects youth with seniors in their community to foster intergenerational relationships and support independent living. Seniors receive assistance with daily tasks such as laundry and grocery shopping, while teens gain valuable work experience, job training, and life skills. This program strengthens community ties and challenges generational stereotypes through meaningful engagement.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a committed Program Aide to work both remotely and in-person, assisting senior clients with essential services while fostering meaningful connections. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about community service and interested in building leadership skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is available immediately. Staff will have access to professional development opportunities, including training and learning sessions.
