MBL Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. The individual will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our organizational initiatives through strategic consulting and program management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to address customer requirements and drive successful project outcomes.

This position offers a hybrid work environment but requires proximity to Washington DC for occasional on-site needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in determining customer needs and translate these requirements into comprehensive organizational plans.
  • Support management, organizational, and business improvement projects through strategic consulting, surveys, process work, training, facilitation, and program management.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and effectively communicate changes to technical and functional teams.
  • Draft and review deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to standards.
  • Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to conduct analysis and modernization tasks for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Engage in modeling, process development, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
  • Provide group facilitation and lead discussions to achieve stakeholder agreement on new processes or recommended policy changes.
  • Lead interviewing and training activities to facilitate knowledge transfer to the contractor team and selected government personnel.
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of AI pilot projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define pilot objectives, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of pilot data to assess the effectiveness and impact of AI solutions.
  • Identify potential risks, manage mitigation strategies, and recommend improvements for scaling successful pilots.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in drafting and reviewing high-quality deliverables.
  • Expertise in process analysis, modernization, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in facilitating group discussions and leading training activities.
  • Familiarity with AI project development and evaluation, including data analysis and risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in program analysis, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI pilot projects and process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Active VA clearance preferred.
