- Identify, develop, and support S&T requirements for PM AAA.
- Research and prepare drafts of Performance Specifications; SOOs, SOWs; Test Plans; and funding documentation.
- Evaluate and develop alternatives to address emerging requirements, fleet-identified issues, and safety concerns/issues.
- Address issues for the AAV and ACV fleet by researching, drafting, and reviewing readiness issues, Contractor-supplied design changes, and vehicle modifications.
- Perform market research analysis and develop Informational Briefs on ongoing S&T efforts;
- Support integrated planning, executing, and status reporting.
- Assist in the development of documentation and records that assist the PdMs in determining required personnel and resources.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 6-8 years of related professional experience.
- Experience performing Program Management and Analytical support for an ACAT Level I - III programs of record.
- Planned, executed, and reported S&T efforts, identifying and defining S&T initiatives to address program issues (readiness, design changes, safety concerns, modifications, etc.), performing research/market analysis to analyze possible alternatives, and preparing requirements (PSpecs, SOWs, Test Plans, resource needs) and funding documents.
- Supported the integrated planning and execution of S&T efforts, and provided informational briefings and reports to present status and findings/results of ongoing efforts.
