Operational Support. Assists the Dean, Department Chairs, Coordinators, and Administrative Staff with various operational procedures, including:Supporting course scheduling, enrollment management, supply orders, and syllabi compliance. Completing faculty workload forms and curriculum maps. Gathering program data to identify trends and develop improvement strategies, e.g., collection of VE 135 data. Assisting students as assigned and needed. Facilitates purchases and travel according to grant and account guidelines. Utilizes and provides training on software systems (e.g., Navigate, Banner, D 2 L, Castle Branch, CTE Gateway, My. Clinical. Exchange). Academic Services Support. Serves as liaison among Department Chairs, Coordinators, Academic Dean, Administrative Staff, and advisors across all campuses. Acts as a liaison for Department Chairs and Coordinators in onboarding new faculty/instructors, ensuring assimilation with college systems and expectations.
