Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Oversee the financial planning and analysis of defense manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with DoD cost program guidelines.2. Implement and monitor EVMS techniques to track project performance and progress effectively.3. Ensure strict compliance with SOX regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency.4. Conduct regular cost accounting, making sure all financial aspects of our projects are meticulously tracked and reported.5. Utilize Costpoint to manage project costs and improve financial efficiency.6. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and review financial plans and forecasts.7. Identify potential financial risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth execution of our defense manufacturing programs.8. Provide regular financial reports to senior management, offering strategic insights and recommendations for improvement.9. Participate in the annual budgeting process, contributing your expertise to ensure optimal resource allocation.Qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Control Analyst or a similar role in the Engineering industry.3. Proven experience with DoD cost program, SOX compliance regulations, EVMS techniques, Cost Accounting, and Costpoint.4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.7.
