This position is located in the Prep/ Scan section of the Quality Assurance Unit. This position will supervise the day-to-day operations of the prepping and scanning of vehicle title and registration applications received from the LPAs, On-Line Dealers and DMV sections. This position is required to provide technical assistance for complex image systems; Identifying problems and determining corrective action needed; monitoring employees work performance and assign job duties; keeping employees informed of policy changes and conduct training for new and current employees. This position prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and provides responses and feedback in a timely manner to executive leadership or citizens of the state of North Carolina with resolutions to problems.
