POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to research, develop, plan, staff, coordinate and evaluate a broad range of educational enrichment classes and programs for all ages. SALARY: $26.00/hr-$32.00/hr (dependent on qualifications and experience) ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assess community needs and develop, implement and monitor programs accordingly
- Recruit volunteers
- Secure and maintain confidential client/participant and staff records
- Develop community/school partnerships as resources for personnel district wide
- Work with district facilities specialist for reserving space for classes
- Write grant proposals in partnership with Supervisor for consideration (as applicable)
- Determine, purchase, and maintain supplies and/or equipment for programming
- Compile and record statistical data for reports
- Attend professional development to enhance skills and program quality
- Develop yearly program/promotion goals with Executive Director and Supervisor
- Coordinate additional projects as requested by Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
