This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position.
- Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of insurance and billing.
- Experience with accounting/financial systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to residential, outpatient, and virtual IOP programs.
- Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.
- Collect and analyze program evaluation and client feedback; compile program evaluation results and metrics.
- Lend general support to new hires.
- Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. tours, lectures, wellness, etc.).
- Help implement new program activities.
- Event and meeting management duties as assigned.
- Assist with procurement and finance duties.
- Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Outpatient Programs.
- Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing.
- Exposure to a clinical and medical environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Driving in all weather conditions.
