Job Description :
- Manage all aspects of teen program data, provide analysis, create appropriate data reports.
- Oversee the enrollment, placement, and orientation of SAT Prep, Youth Mentoring Program, and SHSAT program participants.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate provider sites, assess student progress, program utilization, and provider performance.
- Assist with the supervision of program assistants and seasonal staff.
- Coordinate program orientations, training, and provide logistical support for events.
- Under the direction of the Program Manager, manage a portfolio of YMP institutions, providing oversight and support to Regional Coordinators and Site Supervisors.
- Oversee finance and payment process for YMP participants and seasonal staff.
- Consult with program vendors to ensure invoicing, reports, and evaluation of program data is accurate.
- Manage cost per member lists for accurate program invoicing.
- Coordinate purchasing of program materials and supplies.
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with youth and families in a related environment required; two (2) year of experience in a supervisory/management role required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, written and listening.
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and evenings
