Position & Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing all of the tasks necessary to implement our client programs. By executing these responsibilities while following our Values, this position will help accomplish our Mission and fulfill our Vision.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate Client Programs
• Client Communications
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments, collecting payment, etc.
• Meet individually with clients
• Sell cars, interviewing, etc.
• Present to groups of clients at partner organizations
• Program Administration
• Managing client sales and payments
• Coordinate celebrations
• Keep all digital and physical records organized
• Collect client surveys and feedback
• Enter data into Salesforce and Google Workspace databases
• Work with Vehicle Director to serve clients
• Support Technician Training Manager
• Enrollment, graduation and retention
• Collaborate with Partner Organizations
• Process referrals and manage client pipeline
• Provide client updates and feedback to partners
Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Attend Client Advisory Council meetings
• Attend client celebrations for ChangingGears and CityLink Center
• Assist with selling public vehicles when necessary
• Other duties may be assigned as appropriate

• Ability to delegate appropriate tasks to others
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Willing and able to be licensed as a used car salesperson - to complete car sales with clients
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Apps, Salesforce and Mac
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Valid drivers license
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within thepast 2 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Educational Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Physical Requirements
• Able to sit and work on a computer for 2+ hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Time Commitment
• Full Time
• Hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm
• Must be available for occasional special events and meetings outside of regular hours
