Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years full-time experience in academic advising, program coordination, or student services in a college or university setting (student employment may be considered). Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in higher education, counseling, education or related discipline. Three (3) or more full time years of administrative experience in a college or university setting. Experience with advising tools, such as PeopleSoft, Degree Works, Navigate, SOLAR, or comparable systems. Experience using campus business systems, such as SBU Reporting, OU Campus, Wolfmart, 25 Live, or comparable systems. Experience with virtual meeting applications (Zoom Teams, etc.), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Event planning experience.
