Our client, Princeton University, is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining and updating online content, promoting events, and coordinating various program-related activities.
Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, scheduling meetings, invoice processing, and payments for Keller Center's programs.
- Regularly update and maintain the center's website and other databases/spreadsheets.
- Manage and send promotional emails to program participants and campus partners to highlight upcoming events.
- Coordinate, schedule, and assist with executing events—virtual or in-person—on or off campus.
- Review contracts with external service providers, including caterers and vendors, and ensure all details are in order.
- Offer on-site support at events, with occasional travel required. Some evening hours will be necessary, particularly during the last week of summer programming.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of four years of applicable administrative experience required.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable to new platforms, including Microsoft Office, G Suite, Slack, project management software, and various internal university systems required.
- Prior experience in a university setting and/or entrepreneurship and innovation environments is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to track multiple projects at varying levels of detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with students, alumni, faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to represent the program to key stakeholders.
- Must be detail-oriented and proficient in managing tasks with accuracy and precision.
