Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) teams provide comprehensive, flexible, and responsive mental health care directly in the community. This approach involves a multidisciplinary team delivering services such as psychiatric care, therapy, and case management outside of traditional clinical settings, often in the homes or local environments of individuals. IMT teams are designed to support individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions, offering tailored interventions and crisis management to enhance stability, promote recovery, and integrate individuals into their communities effectively. The mobile nature of the team allows for immediate and personalized support, addressing needs in real-time and promoting better engagement and outcomes.

The Program Director will manage crisis situations, support the team in building advocacy and clinical skills, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Strong supervisory and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain efficient program operations.

Additional required skills include sound decision-making, the ability to drive necessary programmatic changes, creativity, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
