Supervises: Transportation (Drivers), Office Staff, Clinical Staff as needed
Report To: Executive Director or Designee
Position Summary: The person in this position will be responsible for supervising all staff providing care. He/she will supervise the coordination of services with outside community agencies or consultants. In addition to staff supervision, this position requires oversight and completion of all required weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports/data for all programs. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring staff follows all contract requirements, policies and procedures as well as assisting the Executive Director in program and policy development. Education:
• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling or equivalent social services field preferred
• Preferably has licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or CDAC II
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in social services field i.e., substance abuse, residential treatment, etc. preferred
• Attend regular professional education classes/workshops to continuously upgrade job skills or promote the image of the agency
