We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Director to join our New York City, NY office.

We are seeking a Program Director to join our property team in the New York City office.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Represents the project team as client liaison, acting as lead interface with clients and project team members.
  • Typically works on a site or oversees major client programs, managing program delivery teams.
  • Drives major programs/clients and differentiates AtkinsRéalis through excellent delivery of programs/services.
  • Works with Operations Directors and Technical Directors in support of program delivery.
  • Wins work through effective program management.
  • Develops and implements business development plans and activities.
  • Reviews program/project financials and identifies potential issues.
  • Manages the strategic aspects of programs and mitigates risks.
  • Ensures QA/QC reviews occur and procedures are followed.
  • Develops and implements strategic program objectives in support of office and region initiatives.
  • Provides senior-level general project management support as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

What will you contribute?

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, plus fifteen years of relevant experience.
  • Professional registration in the field of practice is required, e.g., LEED, AACE, PMI.
  • Significant experience leading and delivering projects and programs for corporate real estate clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or a very large single project.
  • Clear and analytical approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing a program or project of at least $1 million.
  • Thorough understanding and utilization of Information Technology in the performance of work.

Expected compensation range is between $130,000 - $217,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
