Program Director Position Available in a 9 bed residential facility serving adult males presenting with mental health diagnoses and homelessness.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee two staff (an administrative assistant and an evening program assistant).
  • Oversee all areas of operation of a residential program serving 9 male individuals with mental health diagnoses and who are homeless upon entry to the program.
  • Responsible for all program wide documentation including progress notes, service plans, correspondence with community providers and agencies. (Strong computer and written communication skills are imperative).
  • Ensuring that the program remains in compliance with OMH guidelines.
  • Attend meetings with community stakeholders.
  • Offer guidance and support to the 9 individuals living in the program.
  • Supervise medications.
  • Any other duty in support of the Executive Director and the agency.
