A non-profit organization based in the Bronx is seeking an experienced social work leader to join their team as a Scatter Site Program Director! About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Business Hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 35 hours, full-time
• Setting: Scatter Site Housing Program

Responsibilities: The Program Director will be responsible for:

• Oversee the planning and administration of daily operations for all program locations.
• Ensure that clients receive services in accordance with their needs through our client's services
• Assist and participate in the recruitment and retention of staff.
• Prepare correspondence relative to the HIV/AIDS Scatter Site Programs as requested by the Federal, State, City or other funding sources.
• Responsible for addressing and correcting any and all deficiencies, which may be cited as a result of audits conducted by the funding sources.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of administrative leadership experience in successfully supervising the operations of Scatter Site Housing Programs
• ???????5+ years experience in providing direct services related to the treatment and recovery of persons living with HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and serious mental illness.
• Master's degree in social work or related field
• Valid NYS LCSW-R, LCSW, LMSW licensure strongly preferred

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• HIV/AIDS training preferred
