Greenville, SCThis position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.Basic QualificationsProject/Program management experience.Experience in organizational and analytical presentations Experience with MS Office Suite is required.Desired skillsFamiliar with program/project management and program integration processes, preferably certified (i.e. Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.).Integrated Fighter Group program experience.Previous experience leading projects and teams.Experience developing and making executive level presentations.Demonstrate diplomacy when interacting with all levels of internal and external customers. Ability to make presentations to senior management.Existing security clearance a plus.Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with analytical and problem solving abilities.A strong sense of follow-up and closure.Must be a highly motivated, self-starter, adaptable to change and able to concurrently handle multiple, widely-varied assignments.Candidate must have strong customer relationship management skills.Experienced network communicator, mediator, negotiator and problem solverExperience with Technical writing.Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
