• We are seeking a skilled Program Lead [CDP] to join our team. The Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of a (CDP) for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop and execute CDP implementation and optimization strategies
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of CDP solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CDP solutions
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, or related fields
• Deep understanding of data management, including data modeling, segmentation, and analysis
• Experience with CDP implementation and optimization
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred
• Proven track record of successful CDP implementations and optimization strategies.
