The Program Lead, Team Member Experience - Career Experience Design, is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning programs that enhance the overall team member experience. This role focuses on creating engaging and impactful learning initiatives that align with the organization's values and goals. The Program Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that support team member development, engagement, and satisfaction. By leveraging feedback and data, the Program Lead will continuously refine and improve these learning programs to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. Ultimately, this role contributes to building a knowledgeable and skilled workforce that drives organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple content projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and project management skills, including setting timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Leverage technology to create engaging, high-quality content across various formats such as articles and videos. Proficiency with authoring tools as well strong writing and editing skills are essential
- Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments to ensure the solution developed solves the right problem or delivers the intended business outcome
- Design, develop, and scale in the flow of work experiences focused on driving specific behaviors and outcomes in the business
- Develop measurement strategies to show impact learning has on talent and business KPIs
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proficient in creating content and learning experiences that support diverse workforces, including leadership development
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and on-time solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engagement strategies, drive cultural initiatives, and use feedback to inform decision-making
- Experience in designing and implementing company-wide training programs to improve employee skills and engagement at all levels
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions to team members and stakeholders
- Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using feedback and performance metrics
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work with the larger talent management team and other cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Excellent continuous improvement skills to develop innovative and engaging training materials and methods that foster a culture of ongoing learning and development within the organization
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $98,500.00.
