Program Manager 2024 - Pixalate : Job Details

About the Company Pixalate is a cross-platform digital advertising fraud intelligence company, offering the only system of coordinated invalid traffic ( IVT ) detection solutions across desktop, mobile web, mobile in-app, and OTT/CTV for better detection, diagnosis, and elimination of ad fraud. What will you do?

• Work closely with cross-functional groups including members of Customer Success, Product Management, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure that company initiatives and programs are executed on time and as expected
• Assist the Head of Program Management when it comes to prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and maintaining compliance in assigned areas while maintaining a holistic view of the company's entire book of business
• Facilitate strategic client retention, conversions, and upgrades by leading a pod of cross-functional team members and manage day-to-day operations
• Improve processes and manage the flow of communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Act as a liaison between development and other internal groups, such as Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Ensure your team has what they need to be successful and represent the Product and Engineering teams to other business units
• Manage projects and initiatives in progress by lead Agile/Scrum master
• Schedule and lead sprint planning, reviews, and standups, not to mention being comfortable working within different time zones

What are the minimum requirements / background?

• Excellent writing and communication skills with upper management and executives
• Bachelor degree with a preference in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
• 3+ years of technical program / project management experience
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies
• Any of the following certifications a plus: PMP, PgMP, CSM
• Experience with JIRA ticketing and workflow systems or similar project management tools
• Extremely organized and a great negotiator
• Proven conflict management skills and can handle pressure

• Data management and analytics experience
• Technical consulting and client management experience
