GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and direction for the Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA. Position Responsibilities: Manages personnel performing Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM) duties. Responsible for all requirements/taskings. Primary decision maker in all matters and is the direct interface between GVI and the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) Program Management Office (PMO). Responsible for all personnel located at sites. The PM is physically located at Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA. Communicates directly with the CSP Director, Deputy Director, and Branch Heads to support tasks and operations, and the COR. PM may be required to travel up to 25% of the year (CONUS/OCONUS). Position Requirements: US Citizen. SECRET (interim or final) security clearance. Bachelor's degree from a US accredited college or university. 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Warehouse Management (WM). 5 years of demonstrated leadership. 2 years of IT experience related to Logistics, SCM, or WM. 4 years of Program Management experience comparable to the above position responsibilities OR
- Veteran personnel O-4/E-8 and above in a command billet (i.e., Commander of an Activity, Commanding Officer, Chief-of-Staff, Assistant Chief-of-Staff, Officer-in-Charge, Command First Sergeant, Command Sergeant Major or equivalent) will be considered acceptable for, and may be used toward the experience requirement for Program Management.
Knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, processes and procedures is critical. Knowledge in managing global logistics covering at least three (3) Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) regions and an estimated $2.7 billion plus dollar inventory (on-hand and issued).
