Job SummaryRecruits and manages external relationships with employers for the Cooperative Education (co-op) Program in the Washkewicz College of Engineering (WCE). Provides orientation, advising, and programing for students in the program. Coordinates and performs a variety of administrative and operational activities that support the WCE program. Develops, coordinates and organizes recruiting and other related events for this program. Works individually and in groups with students in co-op preparation. Manages relationships with co-op sponsoring employers. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.* Three (3) years of experience in a student related service area in education or related organization.* Valid driver's license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under the CSU's Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.Preferred Qualifications* Master's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, communications or related field.* Three (3) years of experience in higher education advising, career services, co-op, or in a student related service area.* Familiarity with engineering undergraduate and graduate programs.
