Posting SummaryPosition Title Program Manager for Achieve Dual Enrollment Program FLSA Non-Exempt Department Student Academic Success Office Job SummaryXavier University of Louisiana is seeking to hire a part-time Program Manager for the Achieve Dual Enrollment Program. The Achieve Program provides local high school juniors and seniors with an opportunity to enroll in and earn college credits from Xavier as part of the early preparation process for college.The Program Manager will report to the Director for Student Success and work very closely with the Coordinator for Exploratory Advising and Planning by assisting with coordinating key aspects of the program, including participant recruitment and programmatic planning.Xavier University of Louisiana is particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with local high school students from diverse backgrounds and who have demonstrated commitment in helping local students further their educational aspirations and have worked in programs that help transitions high school students to secondary education institutions.
