Program Manager – GEOINT Integration & Architecture
Location: Washington, D.C. Metro Area
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI required (U.S. Citizenship mandatory)

TULK seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic GEOINT architecture initiatives for FVEY and global partnerships. This role combines leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration to align multi-national GEOINT efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive GEOINT integration strategies across FVEY partners.
- Lead architecture initiatives for interoperability and mission alignment.
- Collaborate with NGA and global stakeholders to ensure success.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years in program management or enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in GEOINT or defense-related initiatives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multi-national teams.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks like DoDAF, JARM, and FEA; knowledge of enterprise-level architecture and integration.
- Collaboration: Proven success in engaging with international stakeholders, including FVEY or other coalition partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field such as Systems Engineering, Program Management, or International Relations.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship mandatory.
