ATCC is seeking a dynamic Program Manager II to support our Federal Select Agent Program and manage multiple complex projects within our Federal Solutions department. In this role, based in Manassas, VA, you will ensure regulatory compliance, manage support teams, lead projects through all phases from concept to completion, communicate with and influence stakeholders, and recommend opportunities for program growth while participating in new business acquisitions. Responsibilities:Education and Experience:
Extensive experience with federal regulations, particularly the Federal Select Agent Program, highly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality and regulatory compliance processes.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Proven leadership experience, including hiring, training, and managing professional staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders, including federal regulators and senior management.
Experience in motivating and leading teams to achieve high performance.
