We are currently hiring a Program Manager to work in our Catholic Charities Tri-County Services. As the Program Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Coordinates food pantry operations
- Ensures all program services are documented, and completes corresponding monthly reports.
- Monitors stock and inventory of food pantry, helping the Program Assistants to ensure that volunteers keep the pantry organized.
- Ensures that necessary food is ordered.
- Brings in community service partners to be available to clients.
- Coordinate donation drive inquiries from the community.
- Assists supervisor with reports and application for funding to public and private funding sources. (e.g., FEMA, Reg. Food Bank, etc.)
- Coordinates sufficient volunteers and donations to successfully implement special projects including Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and back to school;
Program Manager Minimum Salary: $21.00 per hour Program Manager Maximum Salary: $25.00 per hour Program Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm, 35 hours per week (some flexibility allowed) Qualifications:
- Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related subject
- 1-3 years of experience
- Preferred: Supervisory experience
