PROGRAM MANAGER - Piper Companies : Job Details

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a project with a government agency located in Washington D.C. through a Hybrid work setting . The Program Manager will be responsible foroverseeing a foreign assistance program to advance U.S. interests in Eastern Europe. Responsibilities of the Program Manager include:

• Managing all international support to the Europe and Eurasia (E&E) Bureau
• Communicate with the COR to keep track of all staffing items on the program, related to recruitment, onboarding, and termination
• Monitor and review all the financial aspects of the contract
• Create and implement new metrics, processes, KPIs, and systems to monitor performance
• Manage all travel arrangements and logistics for employees on overseas deployment
• Maintain and keep inventory of all government equipment and property

Qualifications for the Program Manager include:

• 8+ years of experience designing, managing, and evaluating operational programs/projects
• Bachelor's degree in public administration, management, international development, social sciences or other closely related fields.
• Strong knowledge of USAID and the Department of States policies and regulations
• Strong knowledge of contracts and budget management
• Experience communicating with high level stakeholders and senior government officials
• Experience dealing with overseas programs
